Arrival days are usually Friday and Monday for Woodsman Cabins and Safari Tents.
You may choose your own arrival and departure dates if you have booked a Camping or Caravan Pitch, or Lakeside Camping Pods.
To allow time to prepare your accommodation, arrival time is 4 pm and departure time is 10 am unless you have booked an early check-in or late departure. Camping and Caravan pitches can be accessed from 12 pm.
If you are expecting to arrive later than 6 pm or you encounter delays en route please telephone the Site Warden on 07867 943055 to make arrangements for your arrival. Please note that the main Reception closes at 6 pm. If your expected arrival is later than this please contact Reception prior to your stay.
